Call of Cthulhu Keeper Decks are designed to provide in game resources, handy references, and information. Use these decks to supplement scenarios, for inspiration when designing new encounters, to pass secret and important notes to players, and as a handy way to impart information. This Second Edition brings you all new artwork as well as some errata updates.

• Curious Characters
  

  48 cards showing a range of friends and foes, with game characteristics and backstory elements for a unique Call of Cthulhu character.

  They can be used to generate NPCs on the fly, inspire scenarios, and at a pinch can be used as player characters.

• The Phobias
  

  48 cards detailing the effects of phobias, manias, or episodes of madness, each card describes and advises on the consequences of investigator insanity.

  They can be used as quick-reference cards for your players when their investigators acquire a new affliction. Additionally, this deck includes summary cards for each of the Bouts of Madness—the stressful side effects of lost Sanity!

• The Weapons and Artifacts
  

  48 cards detailing hand-to-hand melee weapons, items, and Cthulhu Mythos artifacts.

  Each card describes the weapon’s game statistics, as well as supporting historical information. Perfect for use with new players! When your Investigators find items during the course of play, simply provide them with a copy of the card and they’ll have all the information at the ready.

• The Unfortunate Events
  

  48 cards showing all manner of strange, ill-fated, and disastrous situations that can affect, hinder, and trouble your investigators.

  The essential tool for Call of Cthulhu Keepers penning their own scenarios. The cards in the Unfortunate Events Deck can be introduced at random, given to players in secret at the table, and of course used to spark a brand new Call of Cthulhu story.
